Located in Frederick, Maryland, the orthodontic office of Dr. Lobat Zainali is open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
During school months: 1 Saturday per month-9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Here at Dr. Zainali’s orthodontic office, our mission is to provide an enjoyable environment of exceptional care for our patients. Dr. Zainali spends one-to-one time with each patient and is devoted to clinical excellence. Our entire staff explains treatment and education to our patients to maximize the final results.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. In addition, monthly payment plans are available with no finance charges.We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. We are a preferred provider for most insurances.
